The final group match in the League cup takes place on Tuesday at the home of Akja. Vidi only need a point to secure their way through to the next stage. The Fehervar side beat Ajka 4-0 at the Sostoi in the earlier group stage match.

The Hungarian national team recorded a 1-0 win over Finland in the EC qualifier. Roland Juhasz played in that match, with Nemanja Nikolics also featuring as a second half substitute. Hungary will play their final match of the year against Russia with 5 Videoton players in the national squad. Adam Gyurcso, Istvan Kovacs and Adam Simon are the other players on top of those mentioned above.
