Looking for the seven year run to continue

It has been a run of seven years and six wins, since Videoton last tasted defeat in the first league match in Spring. That run is even more impressive when you add the fact that they have not lost a competitive match in the Hungarian cup and League cup matches since the 24th February 2007.

The 7 year series has included the following results: MTK (1-0, 2008); Siófok (2-1, 2009); Kecskemét (2-0, 2010); Kaposvár (2-0, 2012) and Honvéd (4-0, 2013) with only 2011 starting with a 1-1 draw against Vasas.

VIdi kicked off 2013 with a 4-0 away win at Honved, which included a lovely goal from Istvan Kovacs.
