A place in the last four is at stake on Wednesday

As is well known, we will meet Budafok in the quarterfinals of the MOL Hungarian Cup. The tie will be decided over one match that will take place at the MOL Arena Sosto on Wednesday, from 14.30 pm.

2020-2021

We will meet Csaba Csizmadia's side for the fourth time this season, but the previous three were all in league matches. Last time we played the red-blacks was on Sunday, when we won 2-1 away. In December we won 4-1 in Szekesfehervar, just as in August the match ended with the same result in our favour.

MOL Hungarian Cup

Budafok started their cup run away in Mohacs in September, beating the County 1st league side Mohacs TE 6-0, then in October NB III Dabas-Gyon were the opponents away,  and that game ended 3-2 - the final goal coming in extra time arrived in the 117th minute. For a place in the last 16, there was once again a County 1st league opponent, which they won 11-0 at the home of Femalk-Dunavarsany on February 10, and in the previous round, NB I side Paks were knocked out following a 4-2 success.

We have also progressed four rounds in the same way, Tiszafoldvár I (0-5), Gardony III (1-4), NB II Vasas (1- 2) and most recently away at Ferencvaros, which we won 2-1. to make it into the last 8.
