We visit the inform side of the spring season on Saturday

Vidi play their final league game of the current 2019/2020 season on Saturday. The match away against ZTE will kick off at 15:15pm. Our opponents returned from the long forced break sitting in 11th place, which was one of the relegation places. Their good run of form since then has seen them climb nicely to 7th in the league table. They have play 7 games since the return of the league season and those have produced 4 wins, 2 draws and a single defeat. That happened in their most recent league match away at Ujpest. 

Thanks to good performances in recent weeks, ZTE are now in the mid-table, while in terms of goals scored, they are third after FTC and Vidi. The 32 games to date has seen the blue-and-whites score 50 goals.

It is not surprising that a player from Zalaegerszeg is also at the top of the goalscorer list Andras Rado, who has 13 goals, has every chance to be the goal king of the NB I at the end of the season. In addition, Gergely Bobal is also towards the top of the list of scorers with 10 goals.

Two loan players from Fehervar have also strengthened ZTE this season: Bendeguz Bolla grew into one of the team's key players, while Tamas Krisztian was forced to miss out for a longer period due to injury, but he has already played 16 times this season and is now completely fit. He has been on the pitch all the way through the last few matches.

This season we played two league games against them, (3-3, 4-1), two in the Hungarian cup (2-0, 5-0) and one friendly match (0-1).

Saturday will be the 81st NB I champion league game between both clubs. Of the 80 meetings so far, 37 were won by Vidi, and in addition to 21 draws, 22 were successful for the team from Zala in the past. The goal difference is 133-91 in our favor.
