Our coaching team for the new season

After the medical examinations and physical tests on Monday and Tuesday, the new coaching team of our squad introduced themselves to our players on Wednesday morning, and after the presentation of the most important issues, the first ball training session awaited our team from 10 am.

As we have already reported, the head coach will be Tamás Pető, a 50-year-old coach who has previously worked as a player, scout, assistant coach and acting manager at our club.

Tamás Pető will be joined by Attila Polonkai, who won the league title with our team in 2011 and has played 130 NB I championship games in the red and blue, and Zsolt Gunther, who has also been assisting Pető as an assistant coach at Veszprém for the last six years.

The goalkeeper coach will be Ferenc Hegedüs, who has previously a player for our team in the past years, as well as with the goalkeepers of our NB III and Women's NB I teams and our junior teams. Bence Pap will continue to work as video analyst.

Assistant coach Johan Sandahl, goalkeeper coach András Elbert, fitness coach Ádám Száraz and physiotherapist Roland Kátai have left the club, and we wish them all the best for their future careers!
