Szabolcs Huszti and Elemér Kondás evaluated the MOL Fehérvár FC-Vasas FC match

They shared their opinions shortly after the final whistle.

Szabolcs Huszti:

"I'm not going to tell you anything new by saying that we have won a very important victory. We kept the game absolutely under control, with 60-40% possession in our favour. The opponent only had one shot on goal in the first 35 minutes, then there was a ten minute period when they scored a goal, after which I felt the same cramped feeling as in previous games. It shows the mental strength of the team that we played well in the second half, even if we didn't have huge chances, we controlled the game and our will prevailed and I saw a lot of good performances on the pitch. The lads fought for each other, they came out with a good mentality and I feel we absolutely deserved to win. I think if we had been in a different pass we could have won this game by more goals. It was very important to win at such a difficult time, it was a confidence building win today and I hope we can build on that in the future."

Kondás Elemér:

"I'm sad, I don't think we deserved to lose, but the fact is we didn't start the game well. We had to make substitutions because Houri and Katona were both coming back well for balls and one of our midfielders should have tracked them, but that didn't happen, so Hidi came on at midfield. After that the game worked better and we managed to equalise. By the second half some people were tired and we tried to freshen up but it didn't really work. You can't win a game away from home by one goal, which means it's very difficult, we need to take better advantage of the opportunities that come our way. At the other end, for example, Kodro patiently waited until he had a good pace to shoot the ball away, Uram didn't see anything from the shot that found its way into the corner. We've had pressure before, we'll have pressure again, and anyone who's a professional athlete has to put up with it."
