Joan Carrillo: We will battle for our targets until the end of the season

The Vidi manager spoke ahead of Saturday's home league game with DVTK.

"DVTK are in good form going into today's league game. When I returned as manager of Vidi, my first game was against today's opponents. I feel that our game has changed a lot since that match. We are more disciplined and play in a more attacking style. The results have also increased the confidence of our players. The days following our cup game with ZTE have focused around regeneration. We have also given the players the information that they need that will help us to win against the Miskolc side. I am convinced that we will win the game if we play as we did in midweek. We will fight for our targets until the end of the season" - commented the Vidi manager.

Sadly the game cannot go ahead without talking about the present situation. The match will be played behind closed doors.

"This will not be an ordinary game and it will be harder to play without the supporters behind us. When we arrive at the stadium, talk of the virus will naturally be heard. As I mentioned in my press conference after the ZTE game, this is a problem that will effect the whole of society. This is about the health of people. Society and their health is vital. We will need to focus professionally in training and also in matches. It is not easy at times like this but now the role of the players is to concentrate on the 90 minutes. This is the only way we can beat DVTK" - commented manager Joan Carrillo.

We remind all supporters not to travel to the stadium for the match. The game will be played behind closed doors.
