The two managers spoke at the post match press conference
Paulo Sousa: It was a very difficult game, which is what we were counting on. We were up against a side that is very strong in defending. There were many periods in the game where they had eight players behind the ball, and it was hard for us to find spaces. We took the lead from a penalty, but we had several serious chances before that goal. We then went on to score again, from one of our many chances. We have now picked up 63 points, which is a very high number, and I would also highlight our plus 37 goal difference. I am very proud of my players and team.
Bene Ferenc: We managed to work out several promising chances, and had we scored from one of them, then perhaps the match would have ended differently. I am satisfied with my players, but feel sorry for them because of the result. We were up against a very strong, and for me a side that play a sympathetic style of football. Many people have said over the last 4 games, that we would not pick up a single point. Despite this, we have collected 6 points out of those 12, which I am very pleased about. Naturally we would also like to pick up further points in our remaining game.
