Sousa: We picked up an important win

I was expecting more from my team and our attacking play was not suitable, despite us playing well at the back. This is all we could give in the game, and we will try to concentrate in the remaining four matches of the season.

Paulo Sousa:
It was not an easy game, as it is always hard to break down a defensive midfield made up of 4 players. We had nice chances at the start of the match, but it took us a while to pick up the required tempo in the game. It was also very hot on the pitch, which did not help things, but we competed well. We also began the second half well, and we had chances, from which we took the lead. The players deserve the praise as they managed to get what we had expected from them before the game. I am proud of my team, and despite the big heat, they battled throughout.
