The two managers shared their thoughts following Vidi's 4-1 win at Budafok on Sunday.
Gabor Marton:
"We are extremely happy to have got our first win in the league. We deserved success, created lots of situations and scored nice goals. This is what I expect from the team, more precisely, to take on the solutions that result in the goals from around the box. It is also gratifying that many fans accompanied us again and we were finally able to make them happy with the result, which is one of the most important things in football. As I said before the match, the point is to score goals. I love it when my team attacks and the attacks end successfully. Of course, here too, rationality and stability are the point, I mean this so that after a lot of attacks, we can’t be hit by the counter attack by our opponents. I trust that with this victory we have proved to our fans that this team is good and I hope it will be even better!"
Csaba Csizmadia :
"Even before the match, we were aware that we were going to meet a very good team, Vidit didn’t have to be introduced to anyone. I’m sorry we ended up with a relatively big defeat by the end. I don’t feel like it was in the match, of course they had opportunities, but so did we. There is no big problem, we will correct our mistakes, analyse the match and prepare for the next round based on it. It’s in football that sometimes we get slaps like that, we have to avoid them in the future."
