Gyorgy Mezey looks ahead to Saturday's game with MTK

A decision on the returning international players has not been made yet

+ I am personally really looking forward to the game with MTK, as the last game with them really annoyed me. We were battling for the title, and a week earlier they had lost to Debrecen, but they fought like lions against us, and took all three points back to Budapest. It is time to get them back and I believe that we will do it.

- Will the players returning from international duty be ready for the game?

+ Both players in the senior international side picked up injuries, and those players with the U21 side have not come back yet. I have not seen them for almost one week. They will only join in with training this afternoon. Playing for your country increases the value of the player, and the club is very proud of them. It is not certain whether the returning players who represented their country will feature in the league game at the weekend. We will only know this evening, following training, who can play for us on Saturday. But I would rather look at the positive side of preparation: We played well against Vasas, both as a team and as individuals. This could all add momentum to the next game, which is at the weekend.

- Many are waiting for Tamas Vasko to make his debut. When do you think this will happen?

+ At any moment! I have known him since he was a young player, he was a big kid back then. He has really matured, and become a real man, and you can see that he is working hard every day. I am convinced that he has a great career ahead of him, and he will shortly be returning to the international team.

Gyorgy Mezey is thinking about his 20-man squad for the game with MTK, which may be like last week:

Tujvel, Sebők, Lázár, Andics, Lipták, Vaskó, Horváth, Milanovics, Elek, Sándor, Farkas, Szakály, Djordjic, Polonkai, Vasziljevics, Nagy, Alves, Vujovics, Lencse and Nikolics.
