We close the 2022/2023 season at the home of bottom-placed Vasas FC

It was already decided a few rounds ago that the Angyalföld team would be relegated, but we have our fate in our own hands again - if we win on Saturday night, we will definitely be in the NB I next year.

On Saturday evening at 20:00 we will be the guests of Vasas FC, who have already been relegated from the top division NB1. This will be the 97th meeting between the two clubs in the top flight. Of the 96 matches played so far, we have won 34, lost 30 and drawn 32, so we have a very even record against each other. The goal difference is 139-127 in our favour.

At the home of the Budapest club, we won only 8 out of 47 games, 24 times have seen Vasas win and 15 times have ended even. This season we lost 2-0 away from home, but beat our opponents 2-1 at the MOL Arena.

Vasas have only won one league match in 2023, a 4-1 victory in Mezőkövesd in mid-April. They have lost two of their last five league games (Vasas - FTC 0-1, Kisvárda - Vasas 2-1) and drawn three times (Vasas - PAFC 2-2, Újpest - Vasas 1-1, Vasas - ZTE 1-1).

The most successful player is Filip Holender with 8 goals.
