The first team squad will shortly travel to Austria for a ten day training camp ahead of the new season.
José Gomes and his squad will spend a week and a half in Tyrol, Austria. They will be training hard ahead of the Europa league campaign, which begins on the 4th July. They will also have the new 2013-14 first division season in their minds. The players will report back for pre-season training on the 17th July, which will begin with the usual medical check-up. They will then travel out to Innsbruck for their summer training camp. The first couple of days will include the traditional hard work, with two training sessions taking place each day in the program.
The second half of the training camp will see the first team squad play three friendly matches. The first of those will take place on the 22nd June at 18:00pm, against Austrian side SK Jenbach. The next practice match will be three days later on the 25th June at 20:00pm. That will be against former European champions Steaua Bucharest, in what is sure to be an exciting match. The final friendly will be against German side Karlsruher SC on the 28th June at 18:00pm. The German opponents have just won promotion from the third division, so they will be playing in the second tier of German football next season. Vidi.hu will have the usual exclusive coverage from the training camp and friendly games.
