Vidi face Tavriya in Wednesday's friendly

Vidi play the second friendly game of their Turkish training camp in Belek

Videoton FC play their second friendly of the Turkish training camp on Wednesday.They will be up against opponents from Ukraine. They are located in simferopol and have been a regular member of the first division. They have consistantly ended up in mid table over the past few years and will prove tough opponents for Paulo Sousa's team. Tavriya were the first club to win the independent Ukrainian championship in 1992. It is interesting to note that since then, only Sahtar Donetz (6 times) and Dinamo Kiev (13 times) have won top spot.

They produced another major success in 2010 by winning the Ukrainian cup. They managed to beat Metalik Donetz in that final. The scores were level at 2-2 at full time, with the winning goal coming in extra time, with the deciding goal being scored in the 97th minute. This meant Europa leauge qualification were they made it to the play offs. They eventually lost out over two legs to German side Bayer Leverkusen, 6-1 on aggregate.
