Vidi do not want to concede a goal while BATE will be looking to score one

Videoton will be in Champions League action on Tuesday evening. The Q2, first leg tie kicks off at the Sostoi stadium at 20:30. Belarus side BATE Borisov will be the visitors and both teams held their final training session before the important game.

Bernard Casoni explained to the gathered media that it was vital that his side do not concede a goal in the first leg. If this happens and the players perform to their best, then Vidi can progress to the next stage. Videoton held their training session at 17:30pm at the Sostoi.

The manager of the Belarus side, Alekszandr Jermakovics highlighted the fact that his side had to prepare to face a team that is capable of playing good football. He did not tip the final result but expects his team to be able to calmly prepare for the return leg.

"There are no easy opponents in the Champions League. We have prepared for the match and have looked at Vidi and the way they play. I think that it will be an interesting tie, and we are really looking forward to getting out there on the pitch. Every side tries to score at least one goal away from home, which could prove a lot in the return leg. We are preparing for this as well. We are strong as a side and everyone knows this about us. I hope that we will be united but would not like to pick out anyone in advance" - commented BATE midfielder Alekszandr Volodko.

Bate held their training session on the Sostoi pitch at 19:00pm.
