The two head coaches assessed the Puskás Akadémia FC - MOL Fehérvár FC match

Bartosz Grzelak and Zsolt Hornyák spoke to the media after the match.

Bartosz Grzelak:

“It's very difficult to analyse today's game, I saw that 99% of the time we played better than in the last weeks and better than our opponent. However, matches are decided on micro decisions inside the penalty area. We conceded two completely avoidable goals, the will was there on the part of the players, but it was not enough to win. In response to the sending off, we moved our right-back up to try and create a man advantage on the right, and I didn't think we would come away from today's game without a point. When we conceded the second goal, I thought it was unbelievable that the opposition could win a game like that and score out of nothing - but that's football.”

Zsolt Hornyák:

"After the game against Zalaegerszeg I mentioned that we lacked fighting spirit, attitude, winning second balls and leading quick attacks, I feel that we were a notch better than the opponent in these areas today. We went a man down, but the boys fought with exemplary effort throughout and I felt we wanted the win more than the opposition. We played against a very good Fehérvár team, we knew that we had a very difficult last three games. The rainy weather gave the players ideal conditions, so I thought the game would be decided by the fighting spirit, and we were better and quicker on the rebounds, and our young, agile players could be more dangerous on the wings, and the second goal that decided the game came from a Slagveer pass and a Komáromi header. I thank my team for their attitude, we got the three points, and we have a very difficult match against Paks in the next game for the podium.”
