Tamás Pető and István Szabó shared their thoughts on the match between Kecskeméti TE and Fehérvár FC, which ended in a goalless draw.
Tamás Pető:
"It was a very difficult match for us, we were after a long trip to Azerbaijan, but we looked good. In the first half we deliberately gave Kecskemét space, we focused on defence to save a bit of energy. In the second half we could have won the game, we had chances, but we missed them. To get a point at the home of Kecskemét is a serious weapon, they are a very physical and strong team, difficult to play against."
Szabó István:
"We can be satisfied with one point. The first half was what we expected; we tried to build attacks, while Fehérvár played mainly reactive football. In the second half, Vidi had 2-3 very serious chances, while we didn't play well and accurately enough. In the end, we managed to force them with a man advantage, but even then we lacked the precision that would have allowed us to achieve a better result. Congratulations to Fehérvár for their point today and I wish them good luck the second leg in Europe."
