Taking a look at the statistics of 2010/2011

We take a closer look at the statistics of a successful season, which led to the league title for the first time in the clubs history.

Defender Zoltan Liptak played the most games over the autumn season. The tall defender played in 15 games, and picked up 5 bookings over those games. In the 16 league matches that the red and blues played in, VIdi managed to find the back of the opponents net 33 times. That represented an average of over two a game. Match officials handed out 26 yellow cards, while just two were shown the red. The spring season saw Liptak's fellow central defender Tamas Vasko play the most. He pulled on the Videoton shirt 14 times, while his side scored 26 goals in those games. That made it an average of 1.8 per match!
