The Veszprem match official most recently took charge of the match with Ujpest.
Tamas Bognar made his debut in the first division game between Kaposvar and Papa, which ended in a 1-0 result. That was on the 8th April 2006 and the match official has gone on to become a key member of the first division group of referees. He was voted best official for the 2011-2012 season at the Hungarian FA Gala. The 39 year old has blown the whistle in 163 NBI games. He has produced a total of 712 yellow cards and sent off 48 players in his career and was most recently incharge of the 2-2 home draw against Ujpest at the start of this season.
Saturday evening's match will see Bognar assisted by Balazs Buzas and Georgiou Theodoros. The fourth official will be Peter Kobor.
