Michael Boris: "We want to dominate against Honvéd"

Our team's first home league game of the season starts on Sunday at 20:00 against Budapest Honvéd at the MOL Arena Sóstó.

"Last time we beat Honvéd at home in May, but this is a new season, they have a new coach, so it's difficult to compare the two games, but we want to win this time. It will be a match with two teams who were without a point in the first round and neither they nor we scored a goal, but Honvéd also had a lot of chances against ZTE, they were dangerous in attack, they took corners, but their opponent's goalkeeper had a great day, so they had a similar result as we had in Paks - the number of goals doesn't always show the danger of the attacking play. During the preparation period, I watched the training match of Honvéd against Győr live, and we analysed their other friendly matches on video. We know what strategy and play we can expect from our opponents. We want to dominate and create a lot of chances and turn them into goals to get the three points," head coach Michael Boris told our website ahead of Sunday's 20:00 kick-off.
