Michael Boris' quick reaction to the ECL draw

"After the draw, we went straight to the Gabala games and quickly looked at the goals they had scored. From the first look, you can see that they are a strong, attacking team that scores a lot of goals from set-pieces. They finished fourth in the Azeri top flight and their coach has been there since 2020, so presumably their style of play will not change until qualification. We started our preparations early because of the European Conference League, we will train for six weeks until the matches. We want to show our European credentials with a good game. Since they abolished the importance of away goals, it's not so important which team starts at home, but of course we want to start the season with a win" - said head coach Michael Boris a few minutes after the draw.
