Stopira: I am pleased to have scored the winning goal

"The game against Vaduz was exactly the type that we were counting on. There are no easy games in European football and we have to work hard against each opponent. Naturally I am very pleased to have scored the only goal of the match. I am a little bit sad that we could not score a second goal from my two other big chances. We achieved our two main targets, which was to win and not concede a goal in the home leg. I am sure that a very tough game lies ahead of us next week. We will travel to Vaduz prepared and will need to play with a similar focus than we did in the first game. I hope that we make it through to the next round. My goal celebrations were aimed at Vini, just like it was two years ago when I scored against Ferencvaros. We have been playing for such a long time with Paulo at Vidi. We are like family. I would like to send him lots of strength and I know that he will come back stronger when he is fully recovered." - commented Stopira.
