Paulo Vinicius: I am pleased to be part of the team again

Paulo Vinicius played in the friendly match against Winterthur after a lengthy period out. The Hungarian international defender suffered an injury before the first game of the 2019-20 season. He last featured in a friendly against DAC on the 3rd July. We spoke to him following the game in Spain.

"I am very pleased to be part of the team again after a lengthy injury. I am using this training camp to work myself back and to pick up match time. I felt good out there on the pitch against Winterthur. The key is to make sure I am fully fit by the time the second half of the season kicks off. The most important thing following the game was that I did not experience any pain to my knee. This was more important than the actual performance. I feel 100% healthy and have began to win back my strength and also the pace of the game. I am looking forward to the next challenge" - commented Paulo Vinicius.
