Mirko Maric: We also want to do well in the league

"We will go into Sunday's away game in good spirits thanks to our win over Bordeaux. Our opponents have made a good start to the new season. However, they ran into a heavy defeat in their most recent game. I am sure that they will have sorted themselves out and it will not be an easy game at all for us. Our aim is nothing other than to get all three points as we want to do well in the league on top of our run in Europe. This double front of matches is not easy but I hope that we will be playing games on Thursday's and Sunday's for months to come. That would mean that we would have made it into the group stages besides NBI league football. We will have to work hard to reach our aim and do well in the domestic league but we are all carrying our work honestly" - commented forward Mirko Maric.
