The Vidi manager spoke ahead of his sides visit to Debrecen on Saturday.
“We are visiting an opponent with a great tradition and an experienced and quality squad. So we must put any thoughts of playing against a newcomer out of our minds. We expect to play a good match in front of a large crowd, and the opposing coaching staff hardly needs any introduction, as Szabolcs Huszti was a teammate of several of our team and Gábor Toldi is well known to several of our players from Vidi's second team. It's good to see that we are slowly getting more players back in training and in the matchday squad, Funsho and Ivan Petryak were able to play against Puskás Akadémia last week. We hope that all those returning can quickly regain their best form. Compared to the previous two league games, we definitely need to improve in terms of converting the chances we make, something we have worked on a lot during the week. If we can play more efficiently up front and defend in a more organised way at the back, we can get the three points on Saturday night." - said our head coach Imre Szabics before the away match against DVSC.
