Henning Berg: "We played with passion"

The two managers shared their thoughts on Saturday's league game.

Henning Berg:

"It was a tense game and the supporters saw a match that had a lot depending on it. Both sides prepared well tactically for the match. It is hard to play against Honved, but the players stood up well in the game. We played with passion. I could see quality in our game and we also had several big chances, which included two super goals. The header from Roland was fantastic and Geresi showed good individual skill after the ball in from Hadzic, to score our second. We were a little bit unlucky with the goal we conceded, but we ended up winning, so it didn't really matter in the end. I was satisfied with our defending, and it is true that Honved did manage to get to the edge of our box several times, but they could not turn it into real chances. We managed to play as we did today following our midweek game with Ferencvaros, and I felt that it was fine. If the pitch would have been better, it would have resulted in a better game. We still made chances and I saw good movement and players understood each other well. I am satisfied overall."

Marco Rossi:

"I felt that we should have had at least a draw from the game, and even possibly win it. The result did not mirror the game. I did not feel that Vidi prepared for this with the way they played. They tried to hit long balls and create chances, and they also wasted time, so I do not think this was what they planned. It was us that played the football in the match, but the referee was not at his best. We do not have luck with match officials."
