Gabor Marton: We created many chances but also missed several

Gabor Marton:

"If we would have taken the lead at the beginning of the match, things would have been different. We had the chances, but we couldn’t take advantage of our opportunities while the opponent scored a goal from their first attack. It was a nerve-wracking match, again we can only thank ourselves, we worked out a lot of situations again, but we also missed a lot. Before the penalty shootout, it occurred to me that if football was fair, we would have to go through, based on the chances we had. I trusted the guys all along and also that the opponent wouldn’t score all their penalties either. By the end of the match, we showed better form, Bohemian made a mistake and we go through."

Keith Long:

"I'm disappointed we didn't get any further. I'm proud of the boys because even though they are still young, they were still able to stand up one hundred percent against a professional team. We had our hold on the match, my players fought like brave lions, I think I couldn’t even ask them for more. I’m disappointed with the penalty shootout, but we have to swallow the bitter pill from this match we also become more of a team. Our goal is to learn even more about today's match and return to the European Cup next year."
