The two manager's spoke to the media after Saturday's match.
Ferenc Horváth: Today's match was like a vegetable soup, it had everything in it: penalty, sending off, chances at both ends. I felt that we deserved to win, even if our opponents missed a penalty at the end. We pulled back in the first half and allowed MTK to come at us. The players carried out everything that I had asked of them, but perhaps they could have been a bit more aggressive. I am satisfied overall with what I saw. We also had chances in the first half, but today's game was more about being patient. Sometimes you have to wait and then you reach the success. There were also risks in the game that MTK would score in the first 45 minutes, but that risk would also had applied if they would attack us as they did last week against FTC. We saw then how well the blue and whites can defend. Geresi did well when he came on, which was very pleasing. We have talented players and he is one of them. He did not disappoint just like any of the young players have.
Csaba László: We lost a match that we could have won in the first half. I do not want to focus on the match referee as we only have ourselves to blame. We should have taken advantage of the chances we made. There was no problem in the way we played and we also came back in to the match following the red card, but we missed the penalty. I did not feel that Vidi were that strong until the sending off, but they went up a gear after that and ended up winning the game. I would like to praise my players despite the defeat, but we deserved the point.
