A Barcelona adventure for Alvarez

"The players were given a couple of days off following the end of the first training camp. I decided that I would stay out in Spain, and ended up travelling over to Barcelona. I have been to many places around the world, but have never been there before. I had always wanted to visit that city. I know one of the Barcelona coaches well, and I managed to get a VIP seat for their recent league game at home to Villarreal. It was a great experience to visit the Camp Nou and watch a fantastic match. I have been a Barcelona supporter for a long time now. It was especially good to watch them win the game. I have had the chance to meet both Neymar and Messi previously, and I managed to share a few words with the Brazilian star. I feel that he is the best player in the world, and does sensational things out there on the pitch. He is also a very friendly person in real life" - commented Arturo Alvarez about his Barcelona adventure.
