"We directed play for the majority of the match, with the exception of the first 10-12 minutes. I was satisfied with all of my players, and I felt that they deserved more than the final result of today's game. We played well in the formation we used, and we had chances. We had chances, but we did not manage to win, because Győr hit us with a very good counter attack, which ended with them scoring. ETO put their main concentration on defending, and there were times when they defended with 10 men. On the times when we managed to get through their defence, their keeper kept things out. Sadly football can be like this, that a team attacks throughout, but still does not win, but it is also correct to say that we did not get a penalty decision. I would like to point out that we did not lose today because of the match officials."

Pintér Attila: "I would like to first congratulate Videoton FC, for being the only Hungarian side to make it into the Europa League group stage. This is a big result for Hungarian football. I have to say regarding today's game, that I was counting on Videoton playing the way they did. Things were made even harder for us by the fact that six of our players were out injured, who are defenders and also midfield players. I am totally satisfied with today's performance and the way we played. We managed to beat Hungary's best side away from home."
