We visit the home of DVSC on Sunday who are aiming for a top three finish

In recent years we have celebrated many victories against Loki, but recently we have had less success against them.

On Sunday at 15:30 we visit the home of DVSC, currently 4th in the table. The home side are just one point off the top three in the table, with the goal of challenging for a place in Europe. They are in a battle for third place with Puskás Akadémia and Paks, currently in third place.

Sunday's match will be the 86th NB I match between the two teams. Of the 85 matches played so far, 35 have been won, while Debrecen have won 32 and there have been 18 draws. The goal difference is 114-112 in favour of DVSC, which means an average of 2.7 goals per game.

In recent years, we have done extremely well against Loki for a long time, winning 14 of our last 20 matches against them, with only two Loki wins and four draws. But if you look at our last five games against each other, we have drawn twice and lost twice to the red and whites, with one win.

In the 2023 calendar year, DVSC have only suffered three defeats so far - all three of them at home (DVSC vs FTC 0-2, DVSC vs Kecskemét 1-2, DVSC vs PAFC 0-1).

Loki's most successful player is Dorian Babunski, who has scored two of his ten goals against us this season - he scored the winning goal against us in the autumn, and in February this year he scored the goal that gave DVSC one point away at the MOL Arena Sóstó.
