Videoton picked up a point away at Paks on Saturday. With a big Europa League match taking place in the coming week, Vidi were keen to get something out of the match to keep them up among the front runners. Paks recently named Tomislav Sivic as their new manager, and he promised that his side would attack Videoton. Around 200 supporters made the journey from Fehervar to support their side, who played this match in their all white strip. Both Debrecen and Győri ETO picked up maximum points over the weekend, to keep up the momentum at the top of the league.
Bozovics was called upon after just 2 minutes, when he comfortably caught a 30 meters strike from the Paks forward. He was in the right place again to collect a cross, two minutes later. Balazs Toth did well to release Gyurcso on the right, and his cross eventually went out off a defender for a corner. Vayer moved inside after 8 minutes, and his long high ball into the box, went over the head of Vinicius, with Tokoli first controlling the ball, before slipping the ball in to the back of the net to give the home side an early lead.
