Nikolics and Apostolopoulos commit their futures to Videoton FC

Nemanja Nikolics and Vasilios Apostolopoulos have both signed contract extensions

Nemanja Nikolics has signed a contract extension with Videoton FC, for a further two years, taking his contract up until June 2015. Defender Vasilios Apostolopoulos has also signed until next summer.

Nemanja Nikolics joined Videoton FC during the 2010 winter transfer window. He has gone on to score many goals for Vidi in the one and a half seasons since, helping Vidi to success on the pitch. He became top league goalscorer in his first season with the club. Niko's performances this season have been rewarded with the club offering him a contract extension, which he has signed.

- I was naturally very glad when the management of the club told me that they would be offering me a contract extension. I said at the time of my arrival, that I wanted to achieve my biggest successes of my career with Vidi, which I continue to hold. I have collected a league title, Super Cup as well as a League cup winners medal. My new target is to win the league championship once again, and for the team to reach serious success on the international stage. I am very happy that the coaching staff, the management of the club and the supporters are all satisfied with me. I feel really good at the club, so it took me minutes to agree on the new deal. I feel that this shows that the work I have done so far has been recognized, and naturally I will do all I can to help the team achieve more success, both at home and also in Europe - said a delighted Nemanja Nikolics.

Vasilios Apostolopoulos arrived last summer on an initial one year deal with Videoton FC. The defender has now signed a new one year extension to that original deal. The Greek defender was pleased to find out that Vidi were counting on his services for the future. "I really wanted to stay at Videoton, so I am delighted that my wish has come true, and that my contract has been extended by a further year. I feel really good in the team, and I am pleased that both my team mates and the coaching staff are satisfied with me. I did not need more than a second to agree to signing a new deal with the club - said a happy Apostolopoulos to Vidi.hu
