Despite our 5-0 lead, we prepared for the second leg of the match like any other match. In the beginning the opponents tried to put pressure on us, and after we took the lead they managed to equalize, but after our second goal it became obvious that they would not be able to score six goals and turn the match around. It was very important for us to qualify, because besides the championship and the MOL Hungarian Cup, Vidi always wants to do well on the international stage, and we are happy to play against a big team like Cologne in the next round. From now on we will prepare for the league game against Ferencváros and then Cologne, we will scout them and hopefully we will be able to be successful in the playoffs.

Alexei Savinov:

Fehérvár is a great team, they have good players, two in each position, just to mention their finishing strikers Kenan Kodro and Budu Zivzivadze. We played against a tactical opponent, unfortunately we didn't manage to get the win today, but I think that if Fehérvár will show the same aggressive attacking play against Cologne, they will have a good chance.
