The Vidi forward scored the second goal in the 2-0 home win over Honved on Sunday.
Another 3 important points were collected after the away success at Debrecen last week. MOL Vidi FC beat Budapest Honved 2-0 on Sunday evening with goals from Roland Juhasz and Marko Scepovic. We spoke to the forward shortly after the final whistle.
"It feels good to once again pick up the 3 points. It was important that we get back to winning after the defeat at BATE. We played intelligently and tactically and we can win any match when we do this. Honved are a very good side who play open long passing football. They try to find their forwards straight away. I feel that we managed to analyse them well and we profited from this. It was good to score again after a lovely ball in from Nego. However, it is not important who scores as the team is the most important. We need to carry on going forward and focusing on our next game and revenge against Budafok. Naturally we are tired as we approach the end of the autumn season. This is normal and we will be prepared to play every three days. We still have four matches remaining with 2 in the league, one in the Hungarian Cup and our home EL game with Chelsea. This is why we need to be clever and save our energy as we play. Why can we not go on to win all four remaining games?" - commented Marko Scepovic.
