Ivanovski: I am really pleased that I scored my first goal in the NB1

"I am very happy that I managed to score my first goal in the NB1. I have already experienced the feeling of scoring a goal in both the Hungarian cup and the League cup. It is always a special feeling to score in a league match. Unfortunately the joy of scoring is shadowed a little by the fact that we did not managed to pick up the 3 points. We created many chances in the first half, but did not play as well as we can in the second half. We wanted to create history by picking up the most points in a league season. However, this is no longer possible, but we still want to pick up 6 points from our last 2 remaining league matches. This will give us the chance to draw level on points with the highest ever in the history of the league, but there is no chance to beat it. The most important thing now is to prepare for the cup final match on Wednesday. It will be a very big day in the life of the club and also for us the players. The Hungarian cup final game against FTC will be the most important one of the season. Things will be very difficult for us as it will not be played on a neutral ground against the Budapest side. It will be on their own pitch where the majority supporters will be backing FTC. The team have been working plenty, not just over the last 5 months since I have been here, but previous to that. I am sure that we are all ready to show that it is not by accident that Vidi are the best side in the country this year. We know that Vidi have previously been Hungarian cup and league winners, but they have never before managed to win both of these inside a single season.
