The two managers gave their reactions to Saturday's game.
Gabor Marton:
"The opponent took the lead with an avoidable goal. In some situations, it is up to the players to make a decision, the goal scored was unfortunately preceded by a bad decision. There are times when a team can get away with such a mistake, we didn't manage to do this now. We managed to equalize before the end of the half, we came back into the match, we had our chances in the second half, yet we lost and we had no luck. We could have turned the game around, but we missed the opportunity and no game can be won without a goal. We chose the wrong solutions, hurried within the box and we couldn’t turn the game to our advantage."
Istvan Pisont :
"We did a lot for this win, our whole week’s work showed up in today’s match. We didn’t want to give the Vidi midfielders the opportunity to accelerate and arrive at our goal, overall we closed the defensive zone well. At the first goal we were all the way up to the opponent’s goal, we knew we could attack the goalkeeper and we could score a goal from the attack. I was very sorry for the goal we conceded just before the end of the half. In the dressing room, we discussed that we can’t lose our heads, we must continue to attack, at least to keep the draw. We tried to work out more opportunities and score a goal. In the second half we only had a few chances and we played calmly, we ran the ball nicely. The second goal was not undeserved either, we did a lot for it. We worked as a team, I’m happy to win and congratulations to the guys."
