Adam Farkas will referee the big match against Ferencvaros

The 32 year old referee was last in charge of Vidi's match against  MTK in August.

Adam Farkas joined the division two group of referee's back in 2007. He stepped up to the first division a year later, before making his debut in the MTK - Kaposvar match on the 21st February 2009. He has been voted top official of the year twice over recent seasons.

It is interesting to note that Adam Farkas was the first match official in Hungary, who refereed a key game involving two assistant referee's, a fourth official and two further offcials behind each goal. This took place in the Debrecen - Vidi League cup quarter final match last March.

Farkas was the match referee when Vidi won 2-1 away at Papa. He was most recently in charge of this season's league match against MTK, which ended in a 5-0 victory. He will be assisted in Sunday's game by Peter Berettyanad Georgiou Theodoros, with Attila Kelemen being the fourth official.
