Lirim Kastrati ends the year with an assist

In the 63rd minute, our Kosovo winger Lirim Kastrati came on as a substitute against the Faroe Islands, and a minute later he set up a goal. 

The match ended in a 1-1 draw, Lirim's 19th international appearance.
