Tomas Tujvel always wanted to be a goalkeeper

Tomas Tujvel has become a regular starter in the side

That determination was not enough alone for him to realise his dreams, and play abroad. Young Tomas showed at the age of 15 how clever he could be. He won the best goalkeeper award at that age. He played his way through the various youth age groups. "Each keeper has his strengths as well as his weaknesess. I think that you can quickly see what someone is good at when you first look at them. I cannot say that much about me, but they said that my movements were similar to that of a cat." laughed Tomas.

He has a wife, who is a beautician, and they have a two year old daughter named Vanessa, and they all live in Fehervar. The distance is not that big between Fehervar and Nyitra, roughly around 160km, which means that the family travel home when they have a day off. "I understand a lot in Hungarian, but cannot speak that much. I understand the main words when we are in the dressing room. However, English is a main language between some of the players, and that helps us to communicate."
