The 41 year old was last in charge of a Vidi match 3 years ago against Eger.
The match official was born in 1974 and passed his refereeing badge in 1999. He made his way through various leagues in the years that followed. He moved to Veszprem in Hungary, and began working and also became a delegate. Szilasi moved up to referee division two games from 2004, and then to the top division in 2006.
He last refereed a game involving Vidi in March 2013, when Videoton won 4-0 away at Eger. He also took charge of a Hungarian cup match against Győri ETO in the same year.
Szilasi will be assisted in Saturday's game against Bekescsaba by Georgiou Theodoros and Balazs Huszar. The fourth official will be Peter Kobor.
