The two managers faced the media following Saturday's goaless draw
Paulo Sousa:
"The first half was very balanced, with both sides trying their best to score a goal. I felt that it was us who had the more serious chances in the second half. Unfortunately, we were unable to score the goal, which would have meant us winning this away match. You need luck in football, and we could have taken the lead at the end of the first half, following a lovely move, but sadly we could not find the back of the net. If that would have gone in, than the match would have been totally different, and we would have come out much easier in the second half, and would have played with more freedom. We had chances in the second half, and it is enough to think of just the chances that fell to Alves and Vasziljevics. We will continue to fight, so that we can be more successful away from home. I would like to congratulate Marijan Vlak, who since taking over as manager, has not seen his Vasas side lose. He has put together a very balanced side, who are also strong, and once again I can only congratulate them."
Marijan Vlak:
"This was a very important match for us. We are fighting to stay up, and each game where we do not lose, is a good one for us. I knew that we would be facing a very good visiting team, which is why today's point, which we gained, is a very valuable one. I would like to congratulate my players attitude. We were very good defensively, but there are still shortfalls when we go forward."
