Goalscorers: Szabó 19., ill. Macleod 24., Campbell 64.

Our U19 men's national team took the lead against Scotland in the first half through Szilárd Szabó, but the visitors equalized from a penalty, and then scored the winning goal after a corner kick at the DEAC stadium.

The first half was evenly matched, with Szilárd Szabó taking advantage of a Scottish defensive error to fire into the net from 25 yards in the 19th minute. Shortly afterwards the visitors equalised, when a shot from a corner bounced off the hands of Martin Kern, who was on the goal line, and the referee awarded a penalty. The penalty was confidently taken by Rory Macleod.

In the rest of the game the visitors were in control, they kept the pressure on our goal, and had a lot of set pieces, and their high defence worked well, while we had little possession in midfield. Vidi's Patrik Kovács came on at the break to replace Benedek Simon. In the second half, we couldn't break the deadlock after a corner from the right, the ball bounced to Murray Campbell who headed into the net.

After the second Scottish goal Hungary had some promising chances, but the second goal never came and the visitors won 2-1.
