The two managers gave their reactions shortly after the final whistle.
Marko Nikolic:
"Congratulations to Ujpest for the win, which they deserved together with the three points. As a club and a manager, I always offer my congratulations if it is due to the opponents. I do not want to talk about the events in the stadium or on the pitch. We were not there today and it was clear from the first minute. It is enough to look at the goals that we conceded. They were two gifts and Ujpest are a good side that will take advantage of such gifts. I could add that you can see goals like this in U10 matches. I can also say that it is typical that in a match like this, we where mentally not there and we conceded goals like we did. Naturally our energy levels are very low after 31 games, but fortunately we do not have any injuries. Today we got from football what we deserved. I once again offer my congratulations to the home team for the win. We knew what to count on from Ujpest, but today they carried out on the pitch what they wanted to. We still have two important games ahead of us. We will try and achieve a miracle on Thursday and I believe in the team as I have done so far. We will then have to switch our focus to the big game with Ferencvaros following that."
Nebojsa Vignjevics:
"I congratulate my players who performed to their best. I also want to wish my colleague Marko Nikolic the best of luck for Thursday's EL match. I liked the reaction from my players following being knocked out of the Hungarian Cup. We sat down after Wednesday's game and spoke and the conclusion was that it happened as it did, we cannot do anything about it, but we need to get back on our feet and battle. The situation was dangerous as this came three days after that match, while we were also up against a top team like Vidi. This is a big win for Ujpest FC and the players played really well. I do not think that they could have offered anything more and they were almost at their maximum."
