The manager of Diosgyőr talks about his expectations in Sunday's league match
"I would like to start by saying that the team with the current best form will be visiting us on Sunday. They have also scored plenty of goals in their games so far. I will make the promise that we will do everything to get the win" - began DVTK's technical director Lazar Szentes, at a press conference ahead of the match. He added: "What is on our side? We need to grab hold of something, for example what performance the team will give. We played well in Győr, but ended up losing that match. There are both negative and positive aspects, and it is my responsibility to take out the negative ones, and grasp the positives. There were enough positive elements in the match at Győr, which may be enough for the game with Videoton. I feel that we can be confident and rely on ourselves. We are a little bit like the phoenix, which means that we die after each defeat, but then we rise from the flames and hopefully become even stronger."
Three players look sure to miss out in Sunday's game with Videoton FC: Akos Elek was sent off in the previous match with Győri ETO, while Peter Takacs collected his fifth yellow card in the same game, which means that he has picked up a suspension. Martin Csirszki is also out with a leg injury.
