The two managers spoke shortly after the final whistle.
José Gomes: "We started the match patiently, and tried to patiently break through the well organised Pecs defence. We then took the lead from a free kick, and we should have played with the same intensity after going 1-0 up, and play football to try and score more goals. Unfortunately instead of this, we took our foot off the pedal, and allowed Pecs too much space. We also allowed the home side to take more control than we should have. They took advantage of this in the second half. We lost two points today, but despite this, we will win the league championship"
Lőrincz Emil: "We showed too much respect to Videoton in the first half. We did not dare to play brave and confident football at the beginning, which we then showed in the second period. Videoton FC apart from the free kick, did not put any danger on our goal in the game. We then played how we know we can in the second half, and it was a very good game in the end. We could have picked up the three points based on the chances. I would have settled for a point before the match, but now I am not that sure."
