The two manager's gave their reaction following the 0-0 draw.
Joan Carrillo:
"I would like to congratulate Honved. I felt they carried out what they planned to do, which earned them a point. Naturally I am not satisfied with the result as we wanted to win because of our supporters. They came out today and were behind us. The attitude of the players was also fine. I think you could see from the first minute until the last that we were fighting to get those three points. We had chances but could not convert them. We were the closer side to the win but we could have been more intensive. We need to play with more tempo and put pressure on our opponent. We also had to make the first two substitutions, which are part of the game, due to injuries. We did not have the chance to make tactical changes. I cannot talk at the moment in more detail about the injured players but the one to Ivan doesn't give me a good feeling."
Alessandro Recenti, the assistant coach at Budapest Honvéd held the press conference due to the suspension to Giuseppe Sannino:
"We are over what was a difficult game against serious opponents. MOL Fehervar are in second place in the league and I felt the lads gave everything to pick up the draw. They carried out everything that the manager asked of them. We were dangerous with our long range shots, but also created chances inside our opponents box. I am thinking here for example about the shot that hit the post from Moutari. I felt that our attacking game was fine. We will now face Mezokovesd in our next league game. The players need to carry out all that we ask from them if we are to be successful there."
