The two managers shared their thoughts on the OTP league match.
Joan Carrillo: "I was counting on it being a difficult game, as we knew that Paks are a very dangerous side away from home, and they had yet to lose this season on their travels. We were also prepared for them to defend massively and well organised, just as Debrecen had in the most recent match. Paks have very good technical players, and they showed this against us. We prepared in plenty of detail to face Paks. We played the way we wanted to in this match, and we managed to scored two goals in the end, while our opponents did not have a single real chance. It was still a very difficult game despite this. I am very satisfied with my players. The win wasn't only important for us because we lost most recently to Debrecen, but also because we wanted to bring joy to our enthusiastic supporters."
Csertői Aurél: "Sadly our performance today was not enough to pick up points. Vidi clearly prevailed over the 90 minutes. We played with several technical errors and our football was not accurate. We were not dangerous in front of their goal, and Vidi completely deserved their win."
