Joan Carrillo: The final friendly match was played in a really good atmosphere

The two managers shared their thoughts on Saturday's friendly match.

Joan Carrillo: "We were once again up against strong opponents in this friendly match. DAC played really intensive football. It was a difficult game and the bad state of the pitch did not make things any easier. Naturally this is not an excuse but only a fact. A bad pitch like this makes it hard for both teams to play football. It is also a fact that it suits the DAC players more with the many long balls forward, as well as the rebounds. Our opponents had more of the possession in the opening 15-20 minutes, but we then gradually began to take over control of the game. Gyurcso's good freekick settled things, but we had chances after that to increase our lead. I would like to say a special thanks to the supporters, who travelled in good numbers to Dunaszerdahely. I would also like to mention the home supporters, who I understand are Hungarian in the majority. They created a real footballing atmosphere in the final friendly match."

Tomislav Maric: "We knew that things would not be easy aghainst the best team in the Hungarian league. I would like to congratulate Vidi who played well. I can also be satisfied as we had three-four chances, and the final score could have been different with some fortune."
