The two managers spoke to the media following Saturday's 1-1 draw in Budapest.
Henning Berg:
We missed amazing chances and could have scored 5-6 goals had our finishing been better and luck been with us more. I would like to highlight our attitude. We kept going until the final minute and put Vasas under pressure. The players fought and battled. Danko's goal was a fantastic one! I think that it was a worthy goal to say goodbye to the stadium, as it turned out to be the final one. Even I did not know if he would cross it in or shoot at goal when he lined up behind the ball. It was not simple to shoot the ball from there but he managed it, and it was a perfect goal. This shot is also a good example that a player can fully concentrate until the final minute. I was not afraid that we would not score as we have scored in each game with the exception of DVTK. Naturally it would have been better to win the game, but it was very important that we could come back in the game and pick up a point."
Michael Oenning:
"I am proud about what I saw today, not only from the game, but everything. The Vasas family is bigger than many actually believe. We played intelligently in the first half and scored at the right time. We knew that Vidi would then place more emphasis on attacking. We then aimed to score a second goal from a counter attack, but unfortunately it did not happen. Our opponents equalised in the last minute, but this is football and this can happen. I am not satisfied with the way the match officials controlled the game and we were shown several unnecessary yellow cards. It affected the tempo of the match. We left the pitch with tears in our eyes and I have also grown to like the stadium. The supporters also have strong ties with it. However, we are also smiling as we will have a new modern stadium in its place."
